Live RTS event!  

We'll go live at 6:50pm EST on TikTok as we get ready for the event to formally start at 7pm EST. 

Some important information to take note of:

• All listings will remain a mystery as we unveil products during the live. 
• It is recommended to have two devices ready to participate. One device to watch and chat in the live. The other device should have the website open.
• Make sure you have your account created, payment info entered and saved, and be logged in when the live starts. 
• All products are first come, first served - so you must act fast to claim/pay for your product. When you see one you want, pay attention to the item number, go to then website and click on the Live RTS link in then menu, then look for the corresponding number and click on it, add to cart, and complete purchase. 
• Some products will be ready to ship within 7 business days of the event. Some will not be quite ready, but you will be able to claim/purchase and the item will automatically be shipped to you once complete. Personalization will require 2-4 week (not including weekends and holidays) turn-around time. 
• ALL PRODUCTS ARE FREE SHIPPING IN THE UNITED STATES. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS MUST PAY SHIPPING. 

TIKTOK LIVE NOTES:  MODS WILL BE ANSWERING QUESTIONS AND GIVING YOU INFORMATION IN ALL CAPS. THEY ARE NOT YELLING, JUST MAKING INFORMATION MORE VISIBLE. PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH THEM AS THEY WORK HARD TO MAKE THIS A SEAMLESS EXPERIENCE FOR YOU!
