Artwork and licensing policy

We accept original artwork you own and purchased designs with a license that permits printing and selling physical DTF transfers.

For artwork created by someone else, email a copy of the license or written permission to dekcustoms@gmail.com BEFORE placing your order. The permission must cover having DEK Customs print your transfers.

We do not print protected characters, brand logos, sports team designs, or other protected content without authorization from the appropriate rights holder.

Orders containing unauthorized artwork will be canceled and refunded minus a $5 restocking fee.

If you are unsure whether your license covers DTF transfers, please contact us before ordering.

 

Please allow 1–3 business days for DTF order processing. Orders received Friday through Sunday begin processing on Monday. Shipping time is additional, and local pickup is available once your order is complete.

DTF Pressing Instructions:

1. Preheat Garment to remove excess moisture
2. Temperature 330°
3. Time: 20 seconds
4. Pressure: 50- 60 PSI - #7 or Heavy pressure on a manual press
5. Peel film after 5-10 second cooling time.
   
6. Repress design using a Teflon Sheet or Parchment paper for additional 10-20 seconds.
   
7. Do not use a Teflon sheet or Teflon bonnet between heat platen and transfer paper.
8. A Cricut Easy Press or household iron is not recommended.

If you are having problems pressing:

1. Increase your temperature +10°-
2. Preheat your garment for additional 7 - 10 seconds
3. Use the Maximum pressure your machine will allow
4. Cricut Easy Press is not recommended.
   
   

It is vital to follow these instructions exactly to ensure proper adhesion and to promote the longevity of the design on the garment. D.E.K. Customs is not responsible for wear and tear or improper use of transfers.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, THERE ARE PRICE CHANGES DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF THE TRANSFER, AS NOTED NEXT TO THE SIZE OPTIONS. THIS WILL REFLECT IN YOUR CART.

Rush processing costs an additional $20 and moves your order to the front of the print queue. Shipping transit time is additional and depends on the carrier.
