When your layout is ready, save it and add it to your cart. We’ll print your completed sheet for you.

How to Build Your Gang Sheet

VIDEO INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING OUR GANG SHEET BUILDER

1. Choose your sheet length, then click “Build your own Gang Sheet.”
2. Upload your artwork. Use PNG files at 300 DPI at the size you want them printed.
3. Size, duplicate, and arrange your designs within the 12-inch-wide canvas. Leave enough space between designs for cutting.
4. Review your layout carefully. Check each design’s size, image quality, and spacing before submitting.
5. Choose your quantity, then click “Save & Add to Cart.” If you have created multiple sheets, use “Save All & Add to Cart.”

Rush processing — additional $20

Please email dekcustoms@gmail.com before ordering to confirm rush availability and the estimated shipping or pickup date.

Once rush processing is confirmed, add one gang sheet, with quantity set to 1 and rush processing selected, to your cart. Then add any remaining gang sheets without selecting rush processing.

Check your cart to make sure the $20 rush fee has been added only once.

Rush processing moves your order to the front of our print queue. Shipping transit time is additional and depends on the carrier.

Artwork requirements

• Accepted file formats: PNG, PSD, or AI.
• Image resolution: At least 300 DPI at the size you want printed.
• Physical sheet width: 12.5 inches.
• Maximum printable width: 12 inches. Your entire layout, including designs placed side by side, must fit within this width.

Artwork and licensing policy

We accept original artwork you own and purchased designs with a license that permits printing and selling physical DTF transfers.

For artwork created by someone else, email a copy of the license or written permission to dekcustoms@gmail.com BEFORE placing your order. The permission must cover having DEK Customs print your transfers.

We do not print protected characters, brand logos, sports team designs, or other protected content without authorization from the appropriate rights holder.

Orders containing unauthorized artwork will be canceled and refunded minus a $5 restocking fee.

If you are unsure whether your license covers DTF transfers, please contact us before ordering.

Please allow 1–3 business days for DTF order processing. Orders received Friday through Sunday begin processing on Monday. Shipping time is additional, and local pickup is available once your order is complete.
