Our tumblers are made from high-quality double-walled stainless steel to ensure that your drinks stay at the perfect temperature for hours. Almost all tumbler styles come with a sliding splash proof lid and clear reusable plastic straw.

***International buyers will be responsible for shipping costs, to be invoiced at time of packaging. Tumblers will not go out until shipping invoice is paid in full***

 Production time - EPOXY FREE TUMBLERS

As with most handmade items, these products take some time to complete in order for the non-toxic coating to dry/cure properly. Orders are completed within approximately 4-6 weeks (Not including weekends and holidays. Dependent upon complexity). 

Due to the nature of the products used to complete your tumbler, while everything, vinyl decals included are 100% sealed in and should not lift, you MAY feel texture on my cups. You should not feel any sharp bumps, but you may feel raises where vinyl is placed or where some ink swirls are on the tumbler. This is completely normal and does not effect the integrity of the tumbler. 

Each custom designed drinkware item is hand made with love and no two items will be exactly the same.

Items are carefully inspected before shipping for any errors or defects etc. However, as with most handmade items, slight imperfections are possible. This is the nature of "hand-made."

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of these products, no returns, refunds, or exchanges are offered.

I do however guarantee my work and will make exceptions on a case by case basis within 15 days of DELIVERY. Please contact me via email as soon as you receive your order if there are any issues.
